For two party mediations, Tim charges $400.00 per hour divided between the parties. For mediations involving three or more parties in interest, each party is billed an individual rate of $165.00 per hour. Multiple parties represented by the same counsel are considered one party in interest (for example: husband and wife in an injury case or owner and driver in an auto negligence matter). All mediations have a three hour minimum charge.
Tim does not charge for travel in the greater Tampa Bay area. Counties include Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando, Polk, Manatee and Sarasota. For mediations outside of the Tampa area there is typically an additional charge. The amount will vary depending on the distance, and the length of the booking. Please e-mail us regarding travel outside of the Tampa area.
Tim will conduct mediations at any location the parties agree on. He does not conduct mediations at his office. Most Tampa mediations are held at Riesdorph Reporting Group. Reisdorph has excellent facilities and has free validated valet parking in the building. There is no additional charge for holding your mediation there. You can reach Riesdorph at 813-222-8963.
We do not generate mediation notices, but will need a copy. Please make sure you e-mail the notice to us!
Pre-mediation summaries or other materials are gladly accepted, but are certainly not mandatory. If you wish to send pre-mediation information, please e-mail it to us.
