Mediation

Tim is available to serve as a neutral mediator in basically any disputed matter. While most mediations involve cases in active litigation, many of Tim's mediations involve resolving disputes in "Pre-Suit" .  He mediates cases in all Florida State courts and practices mediation exclusively and has done so since 2009.  In that time, Tim has mediated thousands of cases.  Tim is a member of the Florida Bar and carries a prestigious Martindale-Hubbell "AV" rating.

He attended Law School at the University of Florida where he graduated with honors, and served as Senior Executive Editor, and Senior Student Works Editor on the Law Review.

Tim has practiced in the Tampa Bay area since 1988 specializing in civil litigation.  He has experience in a wide variety of cases including medical malpractice, premises liability, product liability, auto negligence, professional liability, complex commercial, first party insurance, insurance coverage, brain/catastrophic injury, nursing home, real estate, construction, condominium and trade secrets.  Tim has tried cases for both Plaintiffs and defendants as far north as Jacksonville and as far south as Naples.   He is available to mediate your dispute virtually anywhere in the state.

Click on your preferred available date and time. A window should pop up asking for the details of your mediation request.After you submit your request, you will receive an e-mail indicating the request was received.

We will then clear your request, and you will get another e-mail with a brief intake form. That e-mail is our confirmation that you are booked.

Unless otherwise requested, morning mediations begin at 9:30am, and afternoon mediations at 1:30pm.
